A good time was had by all who attended the meet the brewer night, at the Wheatsheaf in Dallington. Liam and Sadie were great hosts and along with the brewers Everards, put on a varied and informative evening. As well as telling us how beer was brewed we also learnt what the various ingredients did. There were a number of different Everards Ales for everyone to try including Old Original and a new one I hadn’t had before called Elixir. Following a beer related quiz, with lots of prizes, we were treated to some of Liam’s wonderful cooking to round the evening off perfectly.
