When
Sylvia (a friend of mine) asked if I would be interested in photographing a gay
wedding, I jumped at the chance. So she
introduced me to Elie and Sheryl, a lovely couple, who said they were up for
anything. Whilst this was true of Elie,
Sheryl was more reserved and had to be coaxed a little. Despite this we had a great day as they and
their friends are really good fun and quirky.
The
wedding and reception were held at the Hilton Hotel, Collingtree which is a
modern, light building with some interesting photographic features. The weather was a little bright which caused
some harsh shadows but for the time of year I think we were lucky.
