Hedgehogs at the British Wildlife Centre

More from my photographic day out at a conservation centre in Surrey called the British Wildlife Centre.  The hedgehog is now deeply in decline so the conservation centre is doing its bit to make sure they don’t die out.  Although I wasn’t that bothered with photographing this animal it is quite cute.

Scottish wildcat at the British Wildlife Centre

More from my photographic day out at a conservation centre in Surrey called the British Wildlife Centre. 

The Scottish wildcat is a very elusive animal, so we were quite lucky that it came down to see us.  As you can see from these images it looks like a big domestic cat however it was very aggressive, snarling and hissing until it was fed with baby chicks.

Foxes at the British Wildlife Centre

More from my photographic day out at a conservation centre in Surrey called the British Wildlife Centre.  Even though it was one of the hottest days of the year, the foxes were full of mischief and running about all over the place.  This made it a challenge to capture a good shot of them but I think I got some great images.
