My wife and I decided to take a short break
between weddings. We chose Rhayadar mid Wales
as our destination. It’s a small town and
like most of Wales is surrounded with some lovely and dramatic views. We were very lucky as the weather was warm
and sunny, probably the first time we’ve been to Wales and it’s not rained! Whilst there we had a day out at the Elan
Valley, which boasts some amazing scenic views set around reservoirs and
dams. Anyone that knows me knows I’m not
a natural landscape photographer. I see the abstract image but not always the
larger view, so I really enjoyed the discipline required.
